Northwest VegFest returns to the Portland metro area on 29-30 August 2026, run by the non-profit Northwest VEG. The two-day expo fills the Wingspan Event & Conference Center in Hillsboro with plant-based food, speakers, chef demos and exhibitors, with free parking on site. Saturday runs 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm; tickets are paid, with an early-bird discount before 15 August.
