Nabäti Eatery is a vegetarian Jordanian kitchen on Keizerstraat in Rotterdam, a few minutes from Blaak, cooking the Levantine standards: falafel, hummus, foul mdammas, fatteh and the sharing boxes built around them. Most dishes on the menu are vegan exactly as served, the menu carries no meat and no fish, and every remaining dish can be made vegan on request, usually by swapping out dairy such as halloumi or yoghurt.
