First time I tried Biang Biang noodles (usually, I am team Ramen or Udon). The noodles are very tasty, I tried the option with vegan minced meat and aubergine. 4/5 because I struggled with the consistency of the aubergine (too soft for my taste). I love spicy dishes, so I ordered the spiciest option ("asian spicy") and it definitely met my expectations of a decent spicy dish!
