- 4 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tbsp neutral-flavored oil
- 2 tbsp Chinese light soy sauce
- 1 generous tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp organic brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp to 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced, or 8 oz Persian cucumber julienned
