I am vegan

I do not eat any animal products. This includes meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs, dairy, butter, cheese, cream, honey, gelatin, or any animal-derived ingredients. Could you please show me dishes that contain none of these, or prepare something simple from vegetables, fruit, grains, and legumes?
